THE MID MARYLAND STAFF IS MADE UP OF SEVERAL PLAYERS AND COACHES FROM THE 2021 and                                     2022 4A STATE CHAMPION SHERWOOD WARRIORS!!!!!                                                                                                  

All campers of the Middle School Prospect Camp will be receiving a screening using K-Vest technology.  Each movement will be broken down and measured for speed and efficiency.  Campers will also get biomechanical feedback from a K-Vest Baseball Specialist!!!

​​We will utilize Pocket Radar Smart Coach at the various stations to provide the campers                         instant/objective feedback during station work!!
